Everyone at StarBase has their training needs and performance analysed to ensure we are providing the highest level of service to our clients. This analysis highlights areas of personal development which are coached to further improve performance. This analysis is supported with the use of market leading psychometric tools and structured feedback from colleagues and clients.
As part of our commitment to meeting our key strategic goals we assign training budget to Consulting Skills and Client Engagement training. We have invested heavily to support consultants obtaining the industry-recognised Consulting Skills Certificate (Institute of Management) and in our performance improvement programme.
In partnership with the premier performance improvement organisation we have recently launched a new 4 part development programme to further develop interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills in our consulting team, judging by the comments from those leaving after the first day, the weeks of content planning for the programme were worthwhile.
The programme is one of a number of activities developed to support our Moments of Truth initiative. This initiative is focussed on 5 key areas of delivery or “touch points” with our clients – areas which we recognise when delivered excellently, evidence what we believe is our key differentiation and what our clients comment upon – our ability to truly engage and deliver superior results.
