The structured 6-month training scheme with regular reviews and focussed development plans will fast track your career before commencing

on client site.   Areas of focus and technologies include:

 

• Formal Testing and Development Methodologies

• Toolsets, such as LoadRunner and Green Hat

• Web, CRM, SSO and Content Management Technologies

• Virtualisation, Database and System Measurement

• Scripting and Test Automation

• Linux, Solaris and Windows Operating Systems

• Java and Oracle Software Development Technologies

 

In addition we work closely with you to develop your consulting skills and this includes:

 

• Planning and managing meetings

• Presentation skills

• Report writing

• Interpersonal skills to develop strong client relationships

• Managing projects

 

The programme is focussed on developing you to be a rounded and highly skilled consultant so we offer internal and external training courses,

mentoring, and support from some of the best consultants in the field, and on the job experience to cultivate a comprehensive skill set.

Definitely this is a ‘hands on’ technical role, requiring a broad and deep understanding of internet technologies, good analytical and documentation skills.
