Pension

it is that StarBase contributes 5% of your salary to your pension too, which really adds

to its value. This is in addition to your salary and not a deduction from it.

to recognise and reward colleagues for their valued contributions throughout the bonus year

and their continued contribution to the business. As long as you meet the length of service

criteria you’ll be eligible to receive a bonus payment.
