Freelance Test Engineers/Associate Opportunities

If you are a freelance Consultant or Contractor with experience of the Mercury testing tools (LoadRunner, Performance Centre, QTP, WinRunner, Quality Centre, TestDirector, Business Availability Centre), we would like to hear from you. Experienced Load Testers

Existing experience of Mercury LoadRunner is essential. The role will require the capability to plan, script, run tests and report on the results. Whilst testing of websites is a prerequisite, ideally you will also have experience of testing some of the following: SAP, Siebel, Oracle, Java, Microsoft technologies and Citrix.

The work will be performed on client sites, which could be across the UK and Europe.   Therefore, you will need or be able to develop excellent communication and client facing skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 2 years experience of Mercury LoadRunner
• Thorough understanding of Load/Performance Testing Process
• Self motivated
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organisational skills
• HTML
• ANSI C

Desirable Qualifications:

• ISEB
• Mercury LoadRunner CPC or CI
• Knowledge of Mercury TestDirector and/or Quality Centre
• Knowledge of Mercury QTP and/or Mercury WinRunner

Experienced Automated Testers

You will have existing experience of Mercury Quick Test Pro (QTP) and/or WinRunner.  You will have experienced of setting up automated test harness and working on the FULL automated testing life cycle.

The role will require the capability to plan, script, run tests and report on the results. Whilst testing of websites is a prerequisite, ideally you will also have experience of testing some of the following: SAP, Siebel, Oracle, Java and Microsoft technologies.

The work will be performed on client sites, which could be across the UK and Europe. Therefore, you will need or be able to develop excellent communication and client facing skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 2 years experience of WinRunner, or
• 1 years experience with QTP
• 1 years experience with TestDirector or Quality Centre
• Thorough understanding of Functional Testing process
• Self motivated
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good time management skills

Desirable Qualifications:

• ISEB
• Mercury CPC or CI in one or more of the following:
• Quick Test Pro
• WinRunner
• TestDirector
• Quality Centre
