Testing matters, so why not do it well?
Over time, even the best testing practice can develop quality gaps. As projects come and go, discrepancies emerge between new and old applications, between teams and individuals – and between results that are adequate and results that can take your systems forward.
When you are faced with a quality gap, you need expert help.
A Health check is a relatively small piece of work in which we make an initial rapid assessment of some or all of your testing process, its tools, techniques and methods. We examine the testing function to establish how to improve the process, its efficiency, quality and end deliverables to the customer. The resulting study gives assessments of your challenges, the recommendations for improvement together with a framework and way forward to address them.
