Fundamentals Of Loadrunner 8.0
LoadRunner is an automated load testing tool that allows you to test your application before, during and after deployment. This course is designed to give you a firm foundation in basic load testing tasks. The following components of LoadRunner – LR Controller and LR Analysis are used to plan for an effective load test. You will create and run load test scenarios using the LR Controller. The LR Analysis component is used to analyse load test results. You will learn to interpret LoadRunner analysis graphs and achieve your load testing goals. All topics are supported by hands-on labs designed to provide you with the knowledge necessary to load test your system using LoadRunner.

Vugen 8.0 Scripting For Web
The Virtual User Generator (VuGen) is a scripting tool used to record and run user actions on the application to be tested. This course focuses on planning, creating and enhancing Virtual User (Vuser) scripts using VuGen for load testing in the Web environment. Extensive hands-on labs equip you with the skills necessary to create effective load test scripts for load testing in Web environment.
Course Objectives
This course teaches you to:
- Create Web Virtual users using VuGen
- Read VuGen Web code
- Measure specific business processes
- Verify functionality under load
- Parameterise scripts to handle user input data
- Customise scripts by adding VuGen functions
- Correlate script to process server-returned date
Pre-Requisites
- The Fundamentals of LoadRunner 8.0 course
- Knowledge of Windows 2000 or Windows NT
- Basic understanding of how information travels over the Web
- Basic understanding of software technologies and programming concepts
- Fundamental understanding of C or Java helpful, but not required

VuGen 7.5 Scripts for Databases
This course teaches students to record and enhance Vuser scripts using VuGen in DB protocol for the purpose of including them in LoadRunner scenario
Course Objectives
