Remote Web Performance Monitoring Service

Mercury Titanium partner, StarBase has announced the launch of its new web performance and availability monitoring service. The new service SiteSure has been specifically designed for organisations that have a heavy reliance on the internet and for whom site performance and availability is a critical business success factor.

The new service effectively provides real time and historic information of web site performance and availability. The performance information is generated automatically as the SiteSure service continually re-visits the web site. The service then generates 'information alerts' in the event of any degradation in site performance or availability. The alerts generate by SiteSure will then provide the client with advanced warning of any emerging problems.

The optional 'SiteScope' package provides in-depth monitoring of infrastructure devices essential for the delivery of the site. The 'SiteScope' output provides key information on the root cause of a problem enabling rapid problem determination and recovery.
