You will have several years testing experience and at least 2 years team leading experience on relevant IT projects. You will also have excellent planning and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to plan and manage varying test projects. You must have a strong understanding of the project lifecycle and a sound track record of completing testing activities to a very high standard.
Full accountability for project delivery from initial scoping through to post implementation review. Your responsibilities will include the day to day management of the test team, test process, testing key systems and building new structured processes to improve software quality. This role will ensure that all deliverables for the systems in question are delivered on time to the agreed quality and budget.
You will need to establish strong relationships across the organisation and with other suppliers in order to deliver successful projects and work in a fully collaborative way.
You will support pre-sales activities and manage all aspects of the project delivery, potentially running several projects simultaneously. As the Project Delivery Manager or Team Leader you'll be accountable for defining all the projects boundaries and undertaking commercial discussions with the client in respect of project scope changes.
