Your website should be an asset, not a liability
Downtime costs money and can result in the loss of short term revenue but perhaps more damaging, long-term customer confidence. But if site performance doesn't match up to client expectations, you risk losing business - without even knowing that a problem exists.
To identify critical dips in functionality you need a testing tool with the power to give you in-depth results, the flexibility to meet your own needs and the range to deliver full end-to-end fault resolution.
The results?
Increased client confidence and retention; service performance management based on business processes rather than network components; less unplanned downtime; and business revenue protected.
Built around state-of-the-art Mercury technology, SiteSure measures site performance on a transaction-by-transaction level, logging each activity carried out by virtual end-users - right down to text entered, application response and mouse-clicks.
SiteSure displays its analysis in detail through its own portal website, accessed directly through your web browser. You can set alerting thresholds to fit your specific requirements. SiteSure also offers the added functionality of email and/or SMS message alerts. And whether your support is in-house or contracted out, you choose who receives alerts and when they are sent out.
SiteScope
Extend the diagnostic power of SiteSure to your network. SiteScope provides agentless monitoring of servers and network devices involved in the delivery of web applications. This allows faster root-cause problem analysis and enables real end to end fault analysis and resolution.
SiteScope operates through an additional managed server installed within your infrastructure (typically on a protected VLAN), which communicates directly with your network devices. The monitors running on this server use agentless technology to continually track key performance metrics on those devices. It automatically highlights deviations in these metrics that occur close in time to the degradation or failure of the website or application, assisting in the diagnosis of incidents.
